Customer Support Representative

Overview

Tesla is hiring a customer support representative. This is a fully remote role you can do from home. Training is provided and applications take just a few minutes.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions by chat, email or phone with empathy.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate anything you can't resolve.
• Keep accurate notes on every interaction in the support tool.
• Meet response-time and satisfaction targets for your queue.
• Share recurring problems with the wider team so they get fixed.

Requirements

• No previous experience required — paid training provided.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet place to work.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• Legal right to work in the listed country.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar environment.
• Availability across a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
