Overview

Tesla is hiring a production associate. This is an on-site role. Training is provided and applications take just a few minutes.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble products to precise quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and complete equipment checks.
• Identify and report defects early in the process.
• Meet production targets alongside your line team.
• Contribute ideas that improve quality and throughput.

Requirements

• No previous experience required — full paid training provided.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication.
• Legal right to work in the listed country.
• Comfortable working as part of a team.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar environment.
• Availability across a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
